How Does the Delivery Process Work?

  • Once your order is successfully placed, it is processed by our system.
  • All products undergo a thorough quality inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  • After passing the final quality check, products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package at the earliest possible time.
  • If the delivery partner is unable to reach your address or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

What Are the Delivery Charges?

  • Delivery charges may apply to certain products or services and will be clearly communicated at the time of order processing.
  • International Shipping: Import duties or customs charges levied by the destination country’s government are not paid to Hectare. Such charges must be paid directly by the customer to the courier service provider at the time of delivery.

What Locations Does Hectare Ship To?

  • Hectare ships products across India.
  • International shipping is available through courier partners such as DHL and FedEx.
  • International customers are requested to contact us at Shipping@sickle.in before placing an order.

Why Can’t Products Be Shipped to My Area?

While we strive to deliver to most locations across India, delivery availability depends on several factors, including:

  • Serviceability of your address by our delivery partners
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions on shipping certain products
  • Availability of reliable courier services in your location

We are continuously working to expand our delivery reach.

What Are the Estimated Delivery Timelines?

  • Within India: 5–10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  • Outside India: 5–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance

Can I Change the Delivery Address After Placing an Order?

-Order Placed but Not Dispatched

  • If your order has been placed but not yet dispatched, you may request an address change.
  • Please contact our customer support team at Shipping@sickle.in as soon as possible.
  • For security reasons, you may be required to answer a few verification questions before changes can be made.

-Order Placed and Dispatched

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery address changes are not possible.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver the order to your provided address, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

How Can I Track My Order?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:
  • The tracking number
  • The courier partner details
  • A tracking link to monitor shipment progress

Why Is My Order Shipped in Multiple Shipments?

  • In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations.
  • This is completely normal.
  • You will be charged shipping or Cash on Delivery (if applicable) only once, on the first shipment.
  • International orders are generally shipped as a single shipment.

Can You Hold My Delivery If I Am Unavailable?

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at
    Shipping@sickle.in as soon as possible to request changes.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, we regret that delivery cannot be held.

Are There Any Hidden Charges?

  • There are no hidden charges such as octroi or sales tax.
  • All prices displayed at checkout are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Shipping charges for international orders, if applicable, will be communicated during order processing.
